Introduction      

CCU department has 12 beds. It has 8 units that 4 of them are single bed and 4 other units has two beds each. Patients hospitalized in CCU have cardiac serious problems and are under special cares.

The ward services:

Monitoring, ECG, heart and lung revival, taking care of acute heart disease, taking care of the patients after surgery, angiography and angioplasty patients cares

Physicians:

Dr. Pourmontaseri, and Dr. Shafiee are sub-specialist physicians in CCU. In addition, 4 general physicians that regularly visit the patients are present in the ward all the day. 17 other personnel work in the CCU.

Ward equipment

Ventilator, ECG, suction, ripe mattress, pump syringe, Infusion and eco that is settled in CCU and can be available for other wards.

Ward recommendations to clients:

• It is recommended to all patients’ attendants not to bring any flower and such things that cause contamination
• keep silence due to special condition of the ward
• visit times are in special times on odd days
