This center has been also known as a fellowship training center by MESOT. Fellows from various Iranian Medical Centers in addition to Middle East, Asian (Sudan, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Lebanon and Syria) and also European countries (Russia and etc.) take their fellowship courses of Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary and transplant surgeries at this center. It should be noted that, more than 100 transplant specialists including attending and fellowships of transplant surgeries, nephrologists, gastroenterologists, infectionists, Anesthesiologists, Pharmacists, Nutritionists, Radiologists and ICU men are currently working in this center.

According to these, Abu-Ali Sina Organ Transplant Center is a great place for HPB and Transplant surgeries training courses for foreigners whom are willing to attend short-term observership and fellowship courses.

Training courses such as HPB observership courses, transplant surgeries and Anesthesiology take 3 to 6 months, Anesthesiology fellowship program takes at least 18 months and HPB and organ transplant surgeries take 3 years.
